Moose Drool Brown Ale. Big Sky Brewing Co. Missoula, Montana.
Pours dark brown almost black. Head is somewhat lacking, only a one finger head that dissipated quickly into a thin film. I was disappointed in size of the head. Some lacing left around the glass. Nose is faint but smells of chocolate and malts. Taste of chocolate malts and hint of coffee. Not heavy or stout. Easy enough for a beginner to try. 5.1% ABV displayed on the bottle in small print.
