Our 75th beer review brought to you by Mother's Brewing Company Springfield, Missouri.(scroll down for the slide show)

Uber Pils (Imperial Pilsner) Mother's Brewing Company Springfield, Missouri.

Pours a clear golden color. Poured straight down the center of my pint glass. This produced a rather large head so you may want to slightly tilt the glass to reduce the head. Head leveled out to an easy 4 finger high head. Loads of lacing around the glass. Nose is of hops, mango and citrus with a little malt in there. Mildly sweet with noticeable hop bite. It's easy on the pale malt flavor but sweet and spicy without being too over powering on the hops or sweetness. It's a decent balance with a warm alcohol glow. There's a bit of a nutty, earthy note that's just barely noticeable, perhaps wheat? This beer is rated at 8.5%ABV. Once again I am surprised at how well their beers I've rated turn out. This beer goes to show you that you can have a decent level of alcohol and still taste good. Kudos to Mother's. Keep up the good work!
